摘 要:目的通过大面积钎焊方式实现Al/Cu连接,分别对以6063Al/Cu焊接接头与4104铝箔作为中间层的6063Al/Cu焊接接头进行组织与性能分析,获得具有优异力学性能接头的焊接工艺。方法采用SEM、XRD分析接头微观结构和物相组成,研究保温时间、压强对接头组织和性能的影响,通过剪切试验研究接头断裂特性和力学性能,优化最佳焊接工艺。结果6063/Cu接头最大抗剪强度大于6063Al/4104Al/Cu接头的,当焊接温度为540℃、保温时间为10 min、压强为600 Pa时,6063Al/4104Al/Cu接头获得最佳力学性能,接头抗剪强度为48.8 MPa。结论焊接温度、保温时间、压强对大面积铝铜焊接至关重要,中间层金属4104铝箔能够实现6063铝合金与铜的良好连接。The work aims to realize Al/Cu connection by large-area brazing and analyze the microstructure and properties of 6063Al/Cu welded joint with 4104 aluminum foil as the intermediate layer respectively,thus obtaining the welding process with excellent mechanical properties.The microstructure of the joint was analyzed by SEM and EDS,and the effects of holding time and pressure on the microstructure and properties of the joint were studied.The fracture characteristics and mechanical properties of the joint were studied by shear test,and the optimal welding process was determined.The maximum shear strength of 6063/Cu joint was greater than that of 6063Al/4104Al/Cu joint.When the welding temperature was 540℃,the holding time was 10 min and the pressure was 600 Pa,the best mechanical properties of 6063Al/4104Al/Cu joint were obtained,and the shear strength of the joint was 48.8 MPa.Welding temperature,holding time and pressure are very important for large-area aluminum-copper welding.The 4104 aluminum foil as intermediate layer metal can realize good connection between 6063 aluminum alloy and copper.
