新自由主义扩张——基于马克思世界历史理论的审视

摘　　要：新自由主义的兴起是资本主义世界生产力发展的必然结果,推动了技术进步和经济形态的进化,促进了经济的全球融合与交流,同时它也放大了资本主义的内在矛盾,催生劳工福祉滑坡、系统性不平等加剧等问题。但是马克思世界历史理论认为,资本主义的繁荣与衰落均受其内在矛盾驱动,终将指向共产主义的到来。资本主义既为共产主义提供了物质基础,也为其创造了变革的契机。因此,新自由主义的扩张在推动世界历史加速前行的同时,也为共产主义的到来铺就了道路。最后,中国共产党在构建人类命运共同体、建设新型国际关系等方面提出的中国方案和中国智慧,为全球走出新自由主义全球秩序提供了可能。The rise of neoliberalism,as an inevitable outcome of the development of productive forces in the capitalist world,has not only driven technological progress and the evolution of economic forms but also promoted global economic integration and exchange.At the same time,it has also amplified the inherent contradictions of capitalism,leading to a decline in labor welfare and the exacerbation of systemic inequality.But Marx’s theory of world history holds that the prosperity and decline of capitalism are driven by its internal contradictions,which eventually points to the advent of communism.Capitalism has not only provided the material basis for communism but also created opportunities for transformation.Therefore,the expansion of neoliberalism,while accelerating the progress of world history,paves the way for the arrival of communism.In addition,proposals and wisdom of the CPC in building a community of shared future for mankind and in developing a new type of international relations provide a possible way out of the neoliberal global order.
