摘 要:人才流动呈现出区域集聚的特征时,会形成空间布局上的马太效应。基于人才流动影响因素的相关研究成果,提出正反馈机制是空间马太效应的主要形成机制,包括个人层面的优势积累、组织机构和社会网络的正反馈机制以及宏观层面的极化和扩散效应。通过对历史上科技人才中心转移和中国一线城市人才集聚度的比较,对空间马太效应进行了经验分析,认为人才流动的空间马太效应,虽然会进一步加剧地区发展不平衡,但总体上有利于人才要素的优化配置,发挥人才的正外部性和规模效应。Talent mobility is characterized by regional agglomeration and leads to a Matthew Effect in spatial layout.Based on research findings related to the factors influencing talent mobility,this paper proposes that the positive feedback mechanism is the primary driver of the spatial Matthew Effect,including individual accumulation of advantages,the positive feedback mechanism of organizational and social networks,and the polarization and diffusion effects at the macro level.With an analysis of the shifts of science and technology talent centers in history and the concentration of talents in China’s first-tier cities,this paper makes an empirical verification of the spatial Matthew Effect.It is believed that although the spatial Matthew Effect in talent mobility may further exacerbate regional development imbalances,it is generally conducive to the optimal allocation of talent resources and the leveraging of the positive externalities and scale effects of talents.
