农村敬老院特困户老人生活现状分析及改善路径探究——以山西省M县敬老院为例

摘　　要：特困户老人作为最缺乏自救能力的弱势群体,养老完全依赖国家或社会的帮助,他们在敬老院内的生活状态和服务需求具有独特性。以山西省M县敬老院为调研对象,发现特困户老人普遍面临生活缺乏积极性和乐趣、社交活动受限、精神世界贫乏等问题。针对这些问题,提出增加养老领域财政投入、提升护理人员的培训与待遇、增加精神关怀以及提升社会支持系统等优化服务和政策支持的建议,旨在为农村敬老院的发展和改进提供参考和意见。As the most vulnerable group lacking the ability to help themselves,the elderly with special difficulties are totally dependent on the help of the country or society for their old age,and their living conditions and service needs in residential homes for the elderly are unique.Taking the residential homes for the elderly in M County,Shanxi Province as subjects,this paper finds that the universal problems the elderly with special difficulties face are the lack of motivation and fun in life,limited social activities,and poverty in the spiritual world.Accordingly,suggestions are put forward for optimizing services and policy support,such as increasing financial investment in the field of elderly care,upgrading the training and treatment of caregivers,increasing spiritual care,and upgrading the social support system,with the aim of providing references and opinions for the development and improvement of rural residential homes for the elderly.
