摘 要:本文基于28nm标准CMOS工艺,提出一种适用于WIFI收发系统的频率综合器,该频率综合器电路包括鉴频鉴相器、电荷泵、宽带压控振荡器、可编程分频器和HK-MASH小数调制器。与常规的MASH结构相比,HK-MASH结构具有更好的降杂散能力。经过测试,频率综合器可提供输出频率范围为4.34GHz~6.03GHz,当输出频率为4.4GHz时,频偏10KHz处相位噪声可达到-95dBc/Hz,此时的杂散小于-60dB。当输出频率为6GHz时,频偏10KHz处相位噪声可达到-96dBc/Hz。经仿真和测试结果表明,该款频率综合器能够满足WIFI系统的使用要求。This article proposes a frequency synthesizer suitable for WIFI transceiver systems based on the 28nm CMOS process.The frequency synthesizer circuit includes frequency and phase detector,charge pump,broadband voltage controlled oscillator,programmable frequency divider and HK-MASH decimal modulator.Compared with conventional MASH structure,the HK-MASH structure has good spurious reduction ability.After testing,the frequency synthesizer can provide an out frequency range of 4.34GHz~6.03GHz.When the output frequency is 4.4GHz,the phase noise at frequency deviation of 10KHz can reach-95dBc/Hz,and the spurious is less than-60dB.When the output frequency is 6GHz,the phase noise at frequency deviation of 10KHz can reach-96dBc/Hz.The simulation and testing results show that this frequency synthesizer can meet the usage requirements of WIFI transceiver systems.
