摘 要:微量润滑(MQL)切削是绿色清洁切削技术,但在高速气流作用下,部分油雾颗粒会悬浮在切削环境中。基于质量分析法,就润滑油用量,供气压力和喷射靶距对机床周边PM10和PM2.5油雾颗粒含量的影响进行了测试。结果表明,润滑油用量是影响油雾含量的最重要因素,压缩空气中存在的少量液态水有利于降低油雾含量。通过对微量润滑切削环境油雾含量的研究,为开发微量润滑工艺配套切削油的研制和使用提供有参考价值的试验依据。Minimum quantity lubrication(MQL)cutting is a green cutting technology,but some oil mist particles will be suspended in the cutting environment under the action of high-speed airflow.Based on the mass analysis,the effects of lubricant consumption,intake pressure and spray target distance on the PM10 and PM2.5 oil mist particles concentration around the machine were tested.The results show that the lubricant consumption is the most important factor influencing the oil mist concentration,and the small amount of liquid water present in the compressed air helps to reduce the oil mist concentration.The study of the oil mist concentration of the cutting environment in the minimum quantity lubrication provides a referential test basis for the development and use of cutting oils matching the minimum quantity lubrication process.
