摘　　要：打捆机行业是在国内生态环保要求日益提高的背景下发展起来的新兴行业。打捆机主要作业地区在东北、内蒙古、新疆、河北等地,作业环境多为秋冬季节,作业环境较差、工作负荷较高,对打捆机油箱使用的液压油低温性能和剪切安定性能要求较高。系统研究了基础油和黏度指数改进剂对打捆机液压油低温性能和剪切安定性能的影响,最终开发出一款具有良好低温性能和剪切安定性能的打捆机液压油,在打捆机行业具有广阔的推广应用前景。The baler industry is an emerging industry that has developed against the backdrop of increasing ecological and environmental protection requirements in China.The main operating areas of the balers are in Northeast China,Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Hebei and other regions.The working environment is mostly in autumn and winter,the working condition is poor and the working load is high,so the low-temperature performance and shear stability performance of the hydraulic oil used in the oil tank of the baler are required to be high.The effects of base oil and viscosity index improver on the low-temperature and shear stability performance of hydraulic oil using in balers were systematically studied,and a baler hydraulic oil with good low-temperature and shear stability performance was developed,which has broad prospects for promotion and application in the baler industry.
