摘 要:风力发电机组作为长期户外运行的大型精密机械,在交变载荷、变风速、偏载等恶劣工况下容易出现轴承失效现象,导致其工作寿命往往低于设计使用寿命。在造成轴承失效的原因中,超过50%的轴承失效是由润滑故障造成的,减少润滑故障延长设备寿命,有助于提高风力发电经济效益。通过调研风电机组轴承失效的主要形式,如电蚀、白蚀、点蚀等,总结了当前润滑油脂解决或改善轴承失效的方法,并从润滑技术入手,总结得出如何预防轴承失效的结论,保证机械设备正常稳定运行,最后提出风电润滑需要解决的问题和未来发展趋势。As a large-scale precision machinery for long-term outdoor operation,wind turbines are prone to bearing failure under harsh operating conditions such as alternating loads,variable wind speeds,and unbalanced loads,resulting in an operating life that is often shorter than the designed service life.In the cases of bearing failure,more than 50%of bearing failure is caused by lubrication failure,so reducing lubrication failure to extend the life of the equipment helps to improve the economic efficiency of wind power generation.By investigating the main types of wind turbine bearing failures,such as electro-etching,white etching,pitting,etc.,the current methods of using lubricating grease to solve or improve the bearing failure were summarized,and from the perspective of lubrication technology,the conclusion was drawn on how to prevent the bearing failure to ensure the normal and stable operation of machinery and equipment.Finally,the problems that need to be solved in the wind turbine lubrication and the development trend of the future were proposed.
