摘　　要：近年来,双峰驼脓肿病呈现高发趋势,严重威胁骆驼养殖产业的健康发展。论文基于阿拉善双峰驼脓肿病自然病例,采集其脓液与痂皮进行病原分离纯化,采用形态学和扫描电镜观察分离菌形态特征,扩增分离菌16S rDNA进行碱基序列比较分析,并结合CLSI标准进行药物敏感性试验。结果显示,从病料样品中分离得到3种病原菌,经形态学和分子生物学鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌、松鼠葡萄球菌和奇异变形杆菌。药物敏感性试验表明,16种抗菌药物中环丙沙星和左氧氟沙星对3种病原菌均表现敏感,对指导临床兽医合理用药具有重要实用价值。In recent years,Bactrian camel abscesses have shown a high incidence trend,seriously threatening the healthy development of camel breeding industry.This study is based on natural cases of abscesses in Alashan Bactrian camels.Purulent fluid and scab were collected for pathogen isolation and purification.Morphological and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the morphological characteristics of the isolated bacteria.16S rDNA of the isolated bacteria was amplified for comparative analysis of base sequences,and drug sensitivity tests were conducted in combination with CLSI standards.The results showed that three pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the samples and identified by morphology and molecular biology as Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus squirrel,and Proteus mirabilis.Drug sensitivity tests showed that among the 16 antibiotics,ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin are sensitive to all three pathogens,which has important practical value in guiding clinical veterinary rational drug use.
