摘　　要：诉源治理是社会治理的重要组成部分,数字诉源治理共同体的构建是数字化背景之下社会治理共同体的必然延伸。数字诉源治理共同体和社会治理共同体在思想基础、构建路径、治理主体上具有相似性,但是,诉源治理只是社会治理的一部分,二者在侧重点上存在差别。面对思想不统一、步调不一致、能动性不足、法律保障不足等问题,数字诉源治理共同体以科技为支撑,以统一思想为根本,在数字科技之下塑造出数字共同体、思想共同体、文化共同体、法治共同体等多样形态。增进数字科技与诉源治理共同体的耦合,从诉源的治理和预防两个方面深入推进诉源治理机制的构建,未来诉源治理机制的构建可以从治理层、预防层、公众参与等维度,推动数字诉源治理全方位发展。Litigation source governance is a vital component of social governance,and the construction of a digital governance community for litigation sources is a necessary extension of social governance in the context of digitalization.The digital source governance community shares similarities with the social governance community in terms of foundational principles,construction pathways,and governance subjects.Confronted with challenges such as lack of ideological unity,inconsistent progress,limited initiative,and insufficient legal support,the digital source governance community is supported by technology and fundamentally seeks to unify thought.It shapes diverse forms such as digital communities,ideological communities,cultural communities,and legal communities under the umbrella of digital technology.Enhancing the coupling between digital technology and the litigation source governance community,this approach deepens the development of governance mechanisms for litigation sources in terms of both governance and prevention.The future construction of these mechanisms should explore dimensions of governance,prevention,and public participation to foster comprehensive development in digital litigation source governance.
