摘　　要：艾司氯胺酮作为外消旋氯胺酮的S-对映异构体,具有很强的镇痛作用,近年来越来越多应用于围术期中。本文通过文献调研近年来艾司氯胺酮在不同麻醉剂量下的镇静镇痛作用、抗抑郁作用、抑制炎症作用、肺保护作用和不良反应,就亚麻醉剂量下艾司氯胺酮在围术期的应用特点进行综述,为患者安全良好的围术期镇痛提供理论依据。As the S-enantiomer of racemic ketamine,esketamine has a strong analgesic effect and has been increasingly used in the perioperative period in recent years.This article reviews the sedative and analgesic effects,antidepressant effects,anti-inflammatory effects,lung protective effects and adverse reactions of esmketamine under different anesthetic doses in recent years,and reviews the characteristics of the application of esmketamine under subanesthetic doses in the perioperative period,so as to provide theoretical basis for patients’safety and good perioperative analgesia.
