摘　　要：儒医代表人物魏晋高平医家王叔和,其学术思想与儒家文化有着密不可分的联系,其整理编次张仲景《伤寒杂病论》,著《脉经》以泽被后世。《脉经》是我国现存最早的脉学专著,是中医诊断学(尤其是脉学诊断)的经典之作,确立了“寸口脉诊法”,归纳了24种脉象,将脉证紧密结合,对历代医家的诊疗而言有很强的实用性。同时《脉经》中的“仁爱”“中和”“天人合一”等思想对儒医文化发展具有重要意义。Wang Shuhe,a famous doctor in Wei and Jin Dynasties,was closely related to the Confucian culture.He edited Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases and wrote the Pulse Classic.The book Pulse Classic is extant earliest pulse treatise in China,and is known as the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis classic work,especially pulse diagnosis.It established the method of Cunkou pulse diagnosis,to sum up 24 kinds of pulse conditions and to combine pulse syndrome closely.It is very practi⁃cal for the diagnosis and treatment of doctors in past dynasties.At the same time,the thoughts of“benevolence”,“neutralization”and“harmony between man and nature”in the Pulse Classic are of great significance to the development of Confucian medical culture.
