酸枣仁汤足浴联合五行音乐疗法对晚期肺癌患者睡眠障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的分析酸枣仁汤足浴联合五行音乐疗法对晚期肺癌患者睡眠障碍的影响。方法选取2021年2月—2022年1月收治的晚期肺癌睡眠障碍患者108例,按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组。观察组给予酸枣仁汤足浴联合五行音乐疗法,对照组给予劳拉西泮片。对比两组睡眠障碍改善总有效率以及治疗前后疲乏状况、心理状况、生活质量。结果观察组睡眠障碍改善总有效率为92.59%(50/54),明显高于对照组的77.78%(42/54)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组癌症疲乏量表(CFS)各维度得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),EORTC癌症生命质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酸枣仁汤足浴联合五行音乐疗法能有效提高晚期肺癌睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效,改善其疲乏状况和心理状况,提升生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of Suanzaoren decoction foot bath combined with five elements music therapy on sleep dis⁃orders in advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 108 advanced lung cancer patients with sleep disorders admitted from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with Suanzaoren decoction foot bath combined with five elements music therapy,and the control group was treated with lorazepam tablets.The total effective rate of sleep disorder improvement,fatigue status,psychological status and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of sleep dis⁃order improvement in observation group was 92.59%(50/54),which was significantly higher than that in control group(77.78%,42/54)(P<0.05).After treatment,the cancer fatigue scale(CFS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the con⁃trol group(P<0.05),the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the score of EORTC cancer quality of life questionnaire core scale(QLQ-C30)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Suanzaoren decoction foot bath combined with five elements music therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of advanced lung cancer patients with sleep disorders,improve fatigue and psychological status,and improve the quality of life.
