独活寄生汤配合氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察氨基葡萄糖胶囊配合独活寄生汤加减治疗骨性关节炎的效果。方法选取骨性关节炎患者80例,依据用药方法分为配合用药组(氨基葡萄糖胶囊配合独活寄生汤加减治疗)、单独用药组(氨基葡萄糖胶囊单独治疗),各40例。分析两组中医证候积分、临床症状评分、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、膝骨性关节炎严重度指数(ISOA评分)、膝关节功能Lysholm评分、关节液基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,配合用药组中医证候积分、临床症状评分、VAS评分、ISOA评分均低于单独用药组,膝关节功能Lysholm评分高于单独用药组,且关节液MMP-3、MMP-9、MMP-13水平均低于单独用药组(P<0.05)。配合用药组治疗总有效率为90.00%(36/40),高于单独用药组的70.00%(28/40);不良反应发生率为7.50%(3/40),低于单独用药组的45.00%(18/40)(P<0.05)。结论氨基葡萄糖胶囊配合独活寄生汤加减治疗骨性关节炎的临床效果较氨基葡萄糖胶囊单独治疗好。Objective To observe the effect of glucosamine capsule combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of osteoar⁃thritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with osteoarthritis were selected and divided into combined treatment group(treated with glu⁃cosamine capsule combined with modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction)and single treatment group(treated with glucosamine capsule alone)according to the method of medication,with 40 patients in each group.The TCM syndrome score,clinical symptom score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,osteoarthritis severity index(ISOA score),Lysholm score of knee joint function,matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)level in joint fluid,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treat⁃ment,the TCM syndrome score,clinical symptoms score,VAS score,ISOA score,and levels of MMP-3,MMP-9,and MMP-13 in ar⁃ticular fluid in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group,while Lysholm score was higher than that in the single treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 90.00%(36/40),which was higher than 70.00%(28/40)of the single treatment group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.50%(3/40),which was lower than 45.00%(18/40)of the single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of glucosamine capsule combined with modi⁃fied Duhuo Jisheng decoction is better than that of glucosamine capsule alone in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
