越婢加半夏汤合苇茎汤治疗小儿急性支气管炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究越婢加半夏汤合苇茎汤加减对小儿急性支气管炎患儿的症状改善效果及安全性的影响。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月抚州市临川区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心儿科收治的急性支气管炎患儿72例,遵循随机数字表分组原则分别纳入对照组及观察组,各36例。对照组给予头孢曲松钠静脉滴注联合雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予越婢加半夏汤合苇茎汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗前后的中医证候积分(咳痰咳嗽、痰液黏稠、面红发热)及不良反应(头晕、嗜睡等)发生情况。结果治疗后,两组咳痰咳嗽、痰液黏稠、面红发热积分均低于治疗前,且观察组各项积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药期间不良反应总发生率为2.78%(1/36),低于对照组的22.22%(8/36)(P<0.05)。结论对急性支气管炎患儿采取越婢加半夏汤合苇茎汤加减治疗,可加快其症状改善进程且安全性更佳。Objective To explore the effects of Yuebi Banxia decoction and Weijing decoction on symptom improvement and safety of children with acute bronchitis.Methods A total of 72 children with acute bronchitis received in Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center of Linchuan District from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the randomized number table grouping principle,with 36 cases in each group.The con⁃trol group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium intravenous drip combined with atomized inhalation,and the observation group was treated with Yuebi Banxia decoction and Weijing decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores(cough and phlegm,sticky sputum,redness and fever)and the total incidence of complications(dizziness,lethargy,etc.)were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of cough and phlegm,sticky sputum,redness and fever in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total inci⁃dence of complications in the observation group was 2.78%(1/36),which was lower than 22.22%(8/36)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with acute bronchitis,Yuebi Banxia decoction and Weijing decoction can accelerate the process of symptom improvement,and has positive influence on the safety of medication.
