葛根芩连汤加味控制2型糖尿病患者血糖的效果

摘　　要：目的探究葛根芩连汤加味对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖控制效果的影响。方法以随机数字表法将2019年1月—2021年12月武宁县中医院收治的80例T2DM患者设为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组给予常规西医降糖治疗,研究组在此基础上接受葛根芩连汤加味治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及糖脂代谢情况。结果研究组总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹血糖(FBG)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葛根芩连汤加味治疗T2DM患者效果确切,可明显控制其血糖及血脂水平。Objective To explore the effect of modified Gegen Qinlian decoction on blood glucose control in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 80 T2DM patients admitted to Wuning County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi⁃cine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly assigned as control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine hypoglycemic treatment,and the study group received Gegen Qinlian decoction on this basis.The efficacy,TCM syndrome score and glycolipid metabolism were compared before and after treat⁃ment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,32/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of HbA1c,2 h PG and FBG in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of HDL-C,LDL-C,TC and TG were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Gegen Qinlian decoction is effective in the treatment of T2DM,which can obviously control the level of blood glucose and blood lipid.
