摘　　要：腹部肿瘤是常见腹部外科疾病,而化疗是目前治疗该病的重要手段之一。但化疗药的使用常引会起消化道刺激、骨髓抑制、神经毒性反应等多种不良反应。蔡炳勤教授治疗腹部肿瘤化疗期间的患者,主要是在扶正抑瘤的基础上,以温中祛寒治疗消化道不良反应,以补肾健脾治疗骨髓抑制,以补肾、疏肝治疗月经不调、性功能障碍,以温阳散寒治疗神经毒性反应,并配合中药外洗、针刺、艾灸等中医特色疗法。Abdominal tumors are a common disease in abdominal surgery.Chemotherapy is one of the important methods for treating abdominal tumors.The use of chemotherapeutics often causes a variety of adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal irritation,myelo⁃suppression,and neurotoxic reactions.Professor Cai Bingqin’s treatment of abdominal tumors during chemotherapy is based on strengthening the body resistance and suppressing tumors,treating adverse reactions of the digestive tract by warming the middle jiao and removing cold,treating myelosuppression by invigorating the kidney and strengthening the spleen,treating irregular menstruation and sexual function by replenishing the kidney and soothing the liver,and treating neurotoxicity with warming yang and dissipating cold,and cooperating with traditional Chinese medicine treatment such as external washing of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion.
