四逆加吴萸丁椒汤治疗腹痛经验探析

摘　　要：文章介绍了四逆加吴萸丁椒汤的理论来源、方药组成及其使用经验,并指出阳虚寒凝是腹痛的常见病因,需要引起足够重视;辨证上务要见机于早、审机于先;治疗上要集中力量,单刀直入,合理使用四逆辈方剂;治疗后要循循善诱,采用生动的语言、恰当的方式对患者进行健康宣教,使其此后能未病先防。The article introduced the theoretical origin,prescription composition and application experience of Sini Wuyu Dingjiao de⁃coction.It is pointed out that yang deficiency and cold coagulation are common causes of abdominal pain,which should be paid enough attention.The best thing in syndrome differentiation is to see the opportunity early,review the opportunity first,focus on treat⁃ment,and use the Sini generation prescription reasonably.After treatment,patients should be well advised,and health education should be carried out with vivid language in an appropriate way,so as to prevent diseases in the future.
