摘　　要：痉挛性斜颈是一种运动障碍疾病,主症为不自主、间断性的颈部肌肉收缩导致头向一侧转动或侧屈,属中医学“痉病”范畴。神机不宁、湿邪侵袭均是本病的重要病机。脏腑推拿是以传统中医脏腑辨证和经络学说理论为指导的治疗方法,通过刺激一些穴位达到调畅气机的作用。针刺疗法是用一次性无菌针灸针刺入特定经络特定穴,施加手法,使局部穴位产生酸、麻、胀、重的得气感,从而调整局部气血以及调神的治疗方法。作者采用脏腑推拿结合针刺治疗痉挛性斜颈1例,临床效果满意,值得推广。Spasmodic torticollis is a dysfunction disease.Its main symptom is uncontrollable and intermittent shrinkage of neck muscles,causing the head to rotate to one side or side flexion.It belongs to the convulsion in traditional Chinese medicine.Distur⁃bance of the spirit and the invasion of dampness are important mechanisms of the disease.Zang-fu tuina is a treatment method which guided by the traditional Chinese medicine zang-fu syndrome differentiation and meridian theory.By stimulating some acupoints,it can achieve the effect of adjusting the qi activity.Acupuncture is a therapy that using disposable sterile acupuncture needles to pierce some specific acupoints of specific meridians,and apply methods to make local acupoints sour,hemp,swelling,and heavy,thereby ad⁃justing the local qi and blood and regulating the spirit.The author has adopted the zang-fu tuina combined with acupuncture to treat a case of the disease and achieved satisfactory clinical results.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
