摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘技术分析名中医李荣才主任医师治疗慢性头痛的用药规律。方法利用中医传承计算平台V3.0软件分析李荣才主任医师辨治慢性头痛的门诊病历,通过数据挖掘方法,对录入门诊病历信息进行频数分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析,归纳并总结其辨治慢性头痛的学术思想及临床经验。结果一共涉及方剂71首、中药109味,总频次1163次,平均每味中药使用频次约为10.67次,其中川芎使用频次最高,达到了69次,使用频率达97%。将所有中药按使用频次进行降序排列,使用频次≥30次的中药为川芎、细辛、防风、白芷等。高频中药组合即常用对药或角药为白芷-川芎-细辛、羌活川芎、柴胡-川芎、炙甘草-细辛、党参-僵蚕、藁本-防风、太子参-防风、熟地黄-当归等。结论李荣才主任医师治疗慢性头痛组方严谨,师古而不泥古,药简效佳,其用药规律值得同道学习借鉴。Objective To analyze the medication rules of Chief Physician Li Rongcai in the treatment of chronic headache based on data mining technology.Methods The traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)inheritance computing platform V3.0 software was used to analyze the outpatient medical records of Chief Physician Li Rongcai in the differentiation and treatment of chronic headache.The fre⁃quency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis of the input medical records were carried out by data mining method,and the academic thought and clinical experience of Chief Physician Li in the differentiation and treatment of chronic headache were summarized and summarized.Results A total of 71 prescriptions and 109 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,with a total fre⁃quency of 1163 times.The average frequency of each traditional Chinese medicine was about 10.67 times,among which Chuanxiong had the highest frequency of 69 times,with a frequency of 97%.All traditional Chinese medicines were sorted in descending order ac⁃cording to the frequency of use,and the traditional Chinese medicines used more than 30 times were selected as Chuanxiong,Asarum,Fangfeng,Angelica dahurica,etc.High frequency traditional Chinese medicine combination is commonly used in the pair medicine,which is Angelica dahurica-Chuanxiong-Asarum,Notopterygium-Chuanxiong,Bupleurum-Chuanxiong,Stir-fry licorice-Asa⁃rum,Codonopsis pilosula-Bombyx,Ligusticum-Fangfeng,Radix pseudostellariae-Fangfeng,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata-An⁃gelica,etc.Conclusion Chief physician Li Rongcai’s prescription for chronic headache is precise,simple and effective,and worthy of learning.
