摘　　要：目的对小儿推拿治疗腺样体肥大(AH)的有效性与安全性进行系统评价和Meta分析。方法通过计算机检索中国知网、万方、PubMed等数据库,筛选关于小儿推拿治疗AH的随机对照试验(RCT)研究,并通过RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果此研究共纳入11项RCT研究,总样本量660例。Meta分析显示,试验组临床总有效率优于对照组,相对危险度(RR)=1.22,95%置信区间(CI)[1.13,1.30],P<0.00001;在改善主要症状方面,试验组同样具有明显优势,MD总评分=-4.66,95%CI[-6.86,-2.45],P<0.00001;所有研究均未报道严重不良反应。结论单独或联合使用小儿推拿对AH的有效性更好,且安全性良好。但此研究样本量较少,纳入研究大多存在方法学不足,结论需更多高质量证据支持。Objective To make systematic evaluation and Meta-analysis of the effectiveness and safety of pediatric tuina therapy for adenoid hypertrophy(AH).Methods RCT studies on pediatric tuina therapy of AH were screened by computer search of CNKI,Wan⁃fang Data and PubMed databases,and meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.4 software.Results 11 RCT studies were included with a total sample size of 660 patients.The meta-analysis showed that the test group was better than the control group(RR=1.22,95%CI[1.13,1.30],P<0.00001).The test group also had a clear advantage in improving major symptoms(MD total score=-4.66,95%CI[-6.86,-2.45],P<0.00001).No serious adverse effects were reported in all studies.Conclusion Pediatric tuina alone or in combination has better effectiveness and good safety on AH.However,the sample size of this study was small,most of the included studies had methodological deficiencies,and more high-quality evidence is needed to support the conclusions.
