补肾安胎方治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟补肾安胎方治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产(TA)的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年6月南昌市洪都中医院收治的肾虚型早期TA患者103例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(51例)和观察组(52例),对照组给予地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予南昌市洪都中医院妇科自拟补肾安胎方治疗,比较两组临床效果,治疗前后性激素、中医证候评分。结果观察组临床总有效率96.15%(50/52)高于对照组的80.39%(41/51),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的阴道出血、腹部疼痛或坠胀、腰膝酸痛、眩晕耳鸣、夜尿频多中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论南昌市洪都中医院妇科自拟补肾安胎方治疗肾虚型早期TA具有较好的临床效果,可提高性激素水平、缓解临床症状,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Antai prescription on early threatened abortion(TA)of kidney defi⁃ciency type.Methods A total of 103 cases of early stage TA patients with kidney deficiency treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Tra⁃ditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(51 cases)and observation group(52 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Antai prescription on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the ob⁃servation group was 96.15%(50/52),which was higher than that of the control group(80.39%,41/51),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)levels in 2 groups were increased,observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain or distension,waist and knee pain,vertigo,tinnitus and nocturnal frequency of urination in observation group were all lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Antai prescription designed by Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has good clinical effect in the treatment of TA,improve the level of sex hormones,relieve clinical symptoms,and has high clinical application value.
