艾灸三阴交联合经皮神经电刺激治疗原发性痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察艾灸三阴交联合经皮神经电刺激对于原发性痛经的镇痛效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月于永春县妇幼保健院就诊的原发性痛经患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察组给予艾灸三阴交联合经皮神经电刺激仪治疗,观察、记录两组每次治疗前后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、治疗起效时间得分、镇痛效果持续时间得分及安全性指标并进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者镇痛总有效率为88.57%(31/35),明显优于对照组的71.43%(25/35)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,治疗起效时间得分、镇痛效果持续时间得分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。且观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论艾灸三阴交联合经皮神经电刺激治疗原发性痛经,具有效果确切、起效迅速、镇痛持续时间长、安全性高的优势,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the analgesic effect of Sanyinjiao(SP6)moxibustion combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation therapy on primary dysmenorrhea.Methods Seventy patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected from Yongchun County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,and randomly divided into control group and observa⁃tion group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,and the observation group was treated with Sanyinjiao(SP6)moxibustion combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator.VAS score,onset time,duration of analgesic effect,and safety index before and after treatment were observed and recorded,and statistical analysis was per⁃formed.Results The total effective rate of analgesic of the observation group was 88.57%(31/35),which was significantly better than that of the control group(71.43%,25/35)(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group,the onset time and duration of analgesic effect were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the inci⁃dence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion Sanyinjiao(SP6)moxibustion combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has the advantages of definite curative effect,rapid effect,long analgesic duration and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
