摘　　要：目的探讨赵氏雷火灸治疗肾气不足型小儿遗尿的临床效果。方法选取兴国县人民医院2019年7月—2022年7月收治的66例肾气不足型遗尿患儿为本次研究对象,根据其治疗时间进行分组,各33例。其中2019年7月—2021年1月治疗的患儿为参照组,采取常规西药治疗;2021年2月—2022年7月治疗的患儿为研究组,在参照组的基础上实施赵氏雷火灸治疗。对比两组中医证候积分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组患儿中医证候积分低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗总有效率为93.94%(31/33),高于参照组的78.79%(26/33)(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对肾气不足型遗尿患儿积极实施赵氏雷火灸治疗,效果确切,能有效改善其遗尿情况,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhao’s thunder fire moxibustion on pediatric enuresis with kidney qi defi⁃ciency type.Methods Sixty-six children with enuresis of kidney qi deficiency type admitted to Xingguo County People’s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to their treatment time,with 33 cases in each group.The children treated from July 2019 to January 2021 were the control group,and were treated with conventional Western medicine.The children treated from February 2021 to July 2022 were the study group,and Zhao’s thunder fire moxibustion treatment was car⁃ried out on the basis of the reference group.TCM syndrome score,clinical treatment efficiency and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.94%(31/33),which was higher than that of the refer⁃ence group(78.79%,26/33)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Active implementation of Zhao’s thunder fire moxibustion treatment can effectively improve the condition of children with enuresis of kidney qi deficiency.It is effective,and has high safety.
