摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸联合补中益气汤治疗阴式子宫切除术后尿潴留对患者生活质量的临床影响。方法从南昌市洪都中医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的阴式子宫切除术后尿潴留患者中抽取60例作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法进行分组,将采用常规西药治疗的患者纳入对照组(30例),采用温针灸联合补中益气汤治疗的患者纳入观察组(30例),比较两组临床治疗总有效率和治疗前后的生活质量。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组简明生活质量量表(SF-36)评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论阴式子宫切除术后尿潴留患者采用温针灸联合补中益气汤治疗的效果较显著,能有效提高生活质量,临床可进一步推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of warming neddle moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the quality of life of patients with urinary retention after vaginal hysterectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with urinary retention after vaginal hysterectomy treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects and grouped according to different treatment methods.Patients treated with conventional Western medicine were included in the control group(30 cases).Patients treated with warming neddle moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi decoction were included in the observation group(30 cases).The total effective rate of clinical treatment and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,24/30)(P<0.05).The SF-36 quality of life score after treatment was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of warming needle moxibustion and Buzhong Yiqi decoction can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with urinary retention after vaginal hysterectomy,and can be further popularized in clinic.
