健脾固本汤联合隔姜灸治疗原发性肝癌癌因性疲乏临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究健脾固本汤联合隔姜灸治疗原发性肝癌患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)的临床价值。方法选取2020年2月—2022年2月于兴国县人民医院就诊的原发性肝癌患者66例,采用便利抽样法分为观察组和参考组,各33例。参考组给予基础治疗,观察组在参考组基础上给予健脾固本汤联合隔姜灸治疗。治疗12周后比较两组临床效果及治疗前后的Piper疲乏修订量表中文版(RPFS-CV)评分。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.97%(32/33),高于参考组的81.82%(27/33)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组RPFS-CV行为、情感、躯体及认知评分低于低参考组(P<0.05)。结论健脾固本汤联合隔姜灸治疗原发性肝癌效果显著,可以改善患者CRF程度。Objective To explore the clinical value of Jianpi Guben decoction combined with ginger moxibustion in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 66 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to Xingguo County People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as observation objects and included into ob⁃servation group and reference group by convenience sampling method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was given Jianpi Guben decoction combined with ginger moxibustion on the basis of the control group.After twelve weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effect and the score of Piper Revised Fatigue Scale(RPFS-CV)before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%(32/33),which was higher than that of the control group(81.82%,27/33)(P<0.05).After treatment,the behavioral,emotional,physical and cognitive scores of the RPFS-CV in the observation group were relatively lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Guben decoction combined with ginger moxibustion has remarkable effect in treating patients with primary liver cancer,which can improve the degree of CRF.
