艾灸联合寿胎丸及补中益气汤治疗复发性流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸联合寿胎丸及补中益气汤治疗复发性流产的效果。方法将南昌市洪都中医院2021年8月—2022年8月收治的复发性流产患者66例纳入研究,用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各33例。对照组给予皮下注射低分子肝素,研究组则在对照组基础上给予艾灸联合寿胎丸及补中益气汤。比较两组中医证候积分,血清孕酮(P)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平,子宫动脉血流指数(RI)与搏动指数(PI)并评估临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组中医证候主症、次症评分低于对照组,P、E_(2)、β-HCG水平均高于对照组,且RI、PI值低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为93.94%(31/33),高于对照组的75.76%(25/33)(P<0.05)。结论为复发性流产患者提供艾灸联合寿胎丸及补中益气汤治疗,有助于降低其中医证候积分并改善血清指标水平、子宫动脉血流情况,对临床疗效的提高有重要意义,应用价值确切。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of moxibustion combined with Shoutai pill and Buzhong Yiqi decoction on recurrent abortion.Methods A total of 66 patients with recurrent abortion admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chi⁃nese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2022 were included in this study.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin,while the study group was treated with moxibustion combined with Shoutai pill and Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom scores,and serum progesterone(P),beta-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),estradiol(E_(2)),uterine artery blood flow index(RI)and pulsation index(PI)of the two groups were compared,and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Re⁃sults After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of P,E_(2) andβ-HCG in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The RI and PI of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.94%(31/33),which was higher than 75.76%(25/33)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with Shoutai pill and Bu⁃zhong Yiqi decoction is helpful to reduce the score of TCM symptoms,improve the serum level and uterine artery blood flow of the re⁃current abortion patients,which has important significance for the improvement of clinical efficacy and practical value.
