中药穴位涂擦联合脊椎内镜治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的针对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者,行中药穴位涂擦联合脊椎内镜治疗并观察临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2022年10月收治的82例肝肾亏虚型LDH患者,对照组41例给予脊椎内镜治疗,观察组41例给予中药穴位涂擦联合脊椎内镜治疗。观察两组治疗前及治疗1个月后的中医证候积分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分),并评估临床疗效,随访复发情况。结果治疗后,两组各项中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组效果更明显(P<0.05);两组VAS评分降低,JOA评分提高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.12%(39/41),优于对照组的78.05%(32/41)(P<0.05)。两组复发例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药穴位涂擦联合脊椎内镜能够促进肝肾亏虚型LDH患者症状改善及腰椎功能恢复,有利于缓解疼痛,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine acupoint rubbing combined with spinal endoscopy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with liver and kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 82 LDH patients with liver and kidney deficiency type from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected.A total of 41 patients in the control group were treated with spinal endoscopy,and 41 patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese medicine acupoint rub combined with spinal en⁃doscopy.TCM syndrome score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation treatment score(JOA score)of the two groups were observed before treatment and one month after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated and the recurrence was followed up.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in both groups were lower than before treat⁃ment,and the effect of observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).VAS score decreased and JOA score increased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was better than that of the control group(78.05%,32/41)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of re⁃currence cases between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Chinese medicine acupoint rubbing and spinal en⁃doscopy can improve the symptoms of LDH patients with liver and kidney deficiency type and the recovery of lumbar function,which is beneficial to relieve pain and is worth promoting.
