肺炎支原体的实验室检验及中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿支原体肺炎的中西医结合治疗效果及对肺炎支原体实验室检验结果的影响。方法回顾性选取2020年2月—2022年2月东乡区妇幼保健院检验科支原体肺炎患儿80例,分为两组,各40例。统计分析两组中医证候积分、实验室检验结果、临床疗效、治疗满意度。结果中西医结合治疗组患儿的中医证候积分、白细胞计数(WBC)、淋巴细胞百分比(LYM%)、嗜酸性粒细胞占白细胞百分比(EOS%)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平均低于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05),血红蛋白(Hb)水平、血小板计数(PLT)均高于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05);中西医结合治疗组总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于常规西医治疗组的80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05);中西医结合治疗组患儿家长的治疗满意度为92.50%(37/40),高于常规西医治疗组的75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05)。结论小儿支原体肺炎的中西医结合治疗效果较常规西医治疗好,更能改善肺炎支原体的实验室检验结果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on mycoplasma pneu⁃monia in children and its impact on the laboratory test results of mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods A retrospective selection of 80 children with mycoplasma pneumonia from February 2020 to February 2022 in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Dongxiang Dis⁃trict was conducted,and they were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The TCM syndrome scores,laboratory test re⁃sults,clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The scores of TCM symptoms,WBC,LYM%,EOS%,CK,LDH,ALT,AST levels in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group were lower than those in the conventional Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05),while the Hb level and PLT were higher than those in the conventional Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05),with a total effective rate of 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the conventional Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the integrated tradi⁃tional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40)in the conventional Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for mycoplasma pneumonia in children is better than that of conventional Western medicine treatment,and it can better improve the laboratory test results of mycoplasma pneumoniae.
