摘　　要：中药治疗冠心病心绞痛具有不良作用少、疗效好、经济实惠等优点。冠通方具有活血化瘀、清热化痰等功效。文章总结近年来冠通方相关研究和综述,发现其临床应用主要集中于冠心病心绞痛方面,而试验研究以评价心脏功能和分析血清炎症指标为主。希望通过文章的整理和总结,能使冠通方更加广泛与深入地运用在临床各方面,助力对其药理安全性及有效性的深入研究。Chinese medicine for the treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease has the advantages of few side effects,good efficacy and economic benefits.Guantong prescription has the efficacy of activating blood and transforming stasis,clearing heat and re⁃solving phlegm.By summarizing the review of research and clinical application of Guantong prescription in recent years,it was found that the main focus was on coronary angina pectoris,while the pilot studies were mainly on the evaluation of cardiac function and analysis of serum inflammatory indexes.It is hoped that this paper can be used more extensively and deeply in the clinical aspects of Guantong prescription,with a view to further research on its pharmacological safety and efficacy.
