葛九补肾强骨汤对老年骨质疏松症骨密度及骨代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察葛九补肾强骨汤对老年骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)患者骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)及骨代谢指标的影响。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月在本院接受治疗的60例OP患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规补钙、促进钙吸收治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予以葛九补肾强骨汤进行治疗,2组患者均治疗12周。比较2组患者治疗前后BMD、血清碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)、血钙(calcium,Ca)、Ⅰ型原胶原N-端前肽(procollagen typeⅠN-prepeptide,PⅠNP)、β胶原特殊序列(β-crosslaps,βCTX)、骨钙素(bone glaprotein,BGP)水平及中医证候积分,比较2组患者临床疗效。结果治疗12周后,治疗组BMD、血清BGP、Ca、PⅠNP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候积分及血清ALP、βCTX水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葛九补肾强骨汤治疗OP能改善患者骨代谢状态,提高BMD水平,缓解临床症状,临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of Gejiu Bushen Qianggu decoction on bone mineral density(BMD)and bone metabolism indicators in elderly patients with osteoporosis(OP).Methods Sixty OP patients who received treatment in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional calcium supplementation and promotion of calcium absorption treatment,while the treatment group was treated with Gejiu Bushen Qianggu decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group.Both groups of patients were treated for 12 weeks.The levels of BMD,serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),calcium(Ca),procollagen type I N-prepeptide(PINP),β-crosslaps(β-CTX),bone glaprotein(BGP),and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients was compared.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of BMD,serum BGP,Ca,and PINP in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score and serum levels of ALP,β-CTX in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Gejiu Bushen Qianggu decoction could improve the bone metabolism status of osteoporosis patients,increase BMD levels,alleviate clinical symptoms,and has significant clinical efficacy.
