垂盆草颗粒联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨垂盆草颗粒联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年1月于本社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的94例带状疱疹患者,通过随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组予以伐昔洛韦治疗,观察组予以垂盆草颗粒联合伐昔洛韦治疗。比较2组患者皮损面积、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、疱疹数目、血清炎性因子水平及治疗安全性。结果治疗后,观察组皮损面积、VAS评分、疱疹数目显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清白介素(interleukin,IL)-1β、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α、IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论垂盆草颗粒联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹患者可促进症状改善,降低炎性因子水平,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chuipencao granules combined with valacyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods Ninety-four patients with herpes zoster treated at our community health service center from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valacyclovir,while the observation group was treated with Chuipencao granules combined with valacyclovir.The area of skin lesions,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,number of herpes,serum inflammatory factor levels,and treatment safety between two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the area of skin lesions,VAS scores and number of herpes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of interleukin(IL)-1β,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<o.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Chuipencao granules combined with valacyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster patients could promote symptom improvement,reduce levels of inflammatory factors,and has good safety.
