摘 要:研究通过水热法和煅烧法的两步组合工艺合成了薄层碳包覆的多孔氧化镁复合材料,随后采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TEM、EDS等手段对该复合材料进行结构表征,并研究了不同吸附条件对靛蓝胭脂红染料去除率的影响。采用等温热力学模型和吸附动力学模型对吸附过程进行了模拟。实验结果表明,在片状多孔氧化镁上包覆有较薄的碳层,其中n(MgCl_(2))∶n(C_(6)H_(12)O_(6))=5∶2的形貌均一,性能稳定。水热合成的层状氢氧化镁在煅烧后转化为多孔氧化镁,且粒径变小,比表面积变大。用该材料对靛蓝胭脂红进行吸附实验,结果表明,该材料对水溶液中的阴离子染料靛蓝胭脂红表现出优异的吸附性能且吸附在5~75 g/L NaCl浓度和pH值为2~10范围内所受影响较小。吸附后的材料经过煅烧具有良好的循环性能,可多次回收利用,即使经过10个循环,碳包覆多孔氧化镁复合材料对靛蓝胭脂红的吸附容量仍高达983.95 mg/g。吸附符合Langmuir等温热力学模型以及伪二阶动力学模型。In this study,thin carbon coated porous magnesium oxide composites were synthesized with two steps,including one-pot hydrothermal and high temperature calcination.The composites were subsequently characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,TEM,and EDS.The influences of different adsorption conditions on the removal efficiency of indigo carmine dye were also investigated.The adsorption process was simulated by isothermal thermodynamics and adsorption kinetics.The experimental results showed that the lamellar porous magnesium oxide was covered by a thin carbon layer with n(MgCl_(2))∶n(C_(6)H_(12)O_(6))=5∶2.The formed composites was homogeneous and stable.The hydrothermally synthesized layered magnesium hydroxide was transformed into porous magnesium oxide after calcination,and the particle size decreased along with larger specific surface area.The results of adsorption experiments showed that the composites exhibited excellent adsorption performance to the anionic dye indigo carmine in aqueous solution,and the adsorption was less affected within the range of 5~75 g/L NaCl concentration and pH 2~10.The adsorption capacity of the carbon coated porous magnesium oxide composites for indigo carmine was still as high as 983.95 mg/g even after 10 cycles.The adsorption of indigo carmine by the composites could be fitted by both the Langmuir isothermal thermodynamic model and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
