察尔汗盐湖含碎屑层地层条件下采卤井井身结构设计关键参数研究

摘  要:因盐湖碎屑层松散、无胶结、易液化、承载力弱等不良工程地质特性的影响,盐湖大口径采卤井成井和平稳运行中面临4大工程难题,从根本上制约着深部卤水规模化、工程化开采。在察尔汗盐湖别勒滩区段含碎屑层的典型矿区,开展了含碎屑层条件下的不同孔隙大小时的透水率和不同填砾粒径防砂效果的渗透对比试验,研究多碎屑地层条件下采卤井井身结构设计的关键参数。试验结果表明:(1)采卤井建井设计要重点考虑防砂、防塌的问题,井身的滤水结构类型以填砾类为宜;(2)为增强井管耐压性,外井壁管管材须加厚,宜选用10 mm厚钢管,内井壁管管厚须达8 mm;(3)该试验和2022年新建采卤井较高的涌水量均表明圆眼+条式滤水管组合有较好的抗压、渗水和泥沙过滤性能,采卤井涌水量大,相较于绕丝滤水管成本降低、性能提升,可有效降低采卤井的建井成本;(4)含水层单位涌水量相对较小,在适度防砂的基础上获取较大出水量,滤水管开孔率可放大至15%;(5)最佳填砾粒径:5~10 mm、20~30 mm;(6)最佳填砾结构:滤料颗粒的粒径由外到内逐渐变大的多级粒径填砾结构,可使不同粒径滤料颗粒之间形成稳定的挡砂隔断,起到较好的外层挡砂,内层高效渗透的效果。Due to the adverse engineering geological characteristics of the salt lake,such as loose debris layers,lack of cementation,susceptibility to liquefaction,and weak bearing capacity,the completion and smooth operation of the large-diameter brine extraction wells in the salt lake face four major engineering challenges,fundamentally constraining the scale and engineering mining of deep brine.In this paper,in the typical mining area with debris layer in Bieletan of Qarhan Salt Lake,the permeability comparison test of different pore size and sand control effect of different gravel particle size under the condition of debris layer is carried out,and the key parameters of well structure design of brine extraction well under the condition of multi-debris layers are studied.The test results show that,(1)sand control and collapse prevention should be emphasized in the wellbore design of brine extraction well,and the type of water filtering structure should be filled with gravel.(2)In order to enhance the pressure resistance of the wellbore pipe,the outer wellbore pipe should be thickened,and the pipe should be 10 mm thick,and the inner wellbore pipe should be 8 mm thick.(3)The high water inflow of this test and the new brine extraction well in 2022 both show that the combination of round hole and striped filter pipe has relatively good pressure resistance,water seepage and sediment filtration performance,and the brine extraction well has large water inflow.Compared with the cost reduction and performance improvement of the wire-wrapped filter pipe,the well construction cost of brine extraction well can be effectively reduced.(4)The unit water inflow of the aquifer is relatively small.The water yield is large based on moderate sand control,and the opening rate of the filter pipe can be enlarged to 15%.(5)The recommended gravel particle sizes are 5~10 mm and 20~30 mm.(6)The recommended filling structure is multistage gravel filling structure with the filter material particle size gradually increasing from outside to inside ca
