摘　　要：对亲本及F_(1)代五龄柞蚕幼虫不同组织中谷胱甘肽-S转移酶活性进行测定,利用生物数学方法分析谷胱甘肽-S转移酶与经济性状的相关性,探讨谷胱甘肽-S转移酶活性用于柞蚕杂种优势预测的可能性。结果表明,不同柞蚕幼虫组织谷胱甘肽-S转移酶活性的杂种优势存在差异。不同组织中谷胱甘肽-S转移酶活性与经济性状的相关性不同,丝腺中谷胱甘肽-S转移酶活性与收蚁结茧率呈极显著正相关,且与其杂种优势率也呈极显著正相关;脂肪体和丝腺中谷胱甘肽-S转移酶活性与单蛾收茧数存在显著正相关,与对应的杂种优势率也显著正相关。因此,谷胱甘肽-S转移酶活性可作为预测产量性状杂种优势的一种辅助候选生化指标。This experiment was designed to measure the activity of glutathione S-transferase(GSTs)in diverse tissues of the fifth-instar larvae of both parental and F1 generations of Antheraea pernyi.Through the utilization of biostatistical methodologies,the correlation between GSTs activity and economic traits was meticulously analyzed,with the objective of probing into the potential of employing GSTs activity to predict the hybrid vigor in Antheraea pernyi.The results manifest that disparities exist in the hybrid vigor of GSTs activity among different tissues of Antheraea pernyi larvae.The correlation between GSTs activity in diverse tissues and economic traits exhibits variation.Specifically,in the silk gland,GSTs activity demonstrates an extremely significant positive correlation with the cocooning rate and also an extremely significant positive correlation with the heterosis rate.In the fat body and silk gland,GSTs activity displays a significant positive correlation with the number of cocoons harvested per single moth,and it is also significantly positively correlated with the corresponding heterosis rate.Therefore,GSTs activity can act as an auxiliary candidate biochemical index for predicting the hybrid vigor of yield traits.
