摘　　要：近年来,大红山矿业深入研究安全科学理论,分析涉及的不安全因素,探索运用科学的管理方式,践行安全制度文化与行为文化统一,从“人员、设备、环节、环境、体系”五要素上采取有效措施,构建安全管控体系,提升安全管理能力,夯实安全基础建设,形成了浓厚的企业安全文化,实现了安全生产形势的稳中向好。In recent years,Dahuanshan Mining has conducted in-depth research on safety science theory,analyzed the unsafe factors involved,explored the application of scientific management methods,and practiced the unification of safety system culture and behavioral culture.and taken effective measures from five aspects“personnel,equipment,processes,environment,and systems”to build a safety control system,enhance safety management capabilities,and strengthen safety foundational construction,thus fostering a strong corporate safety culture and resulting in steady improvement in safety production conditions.
