摘　　要：随着时代的发展,传统建筑逐渐被新时代的钢混结构楼所代替,在有着诸多传统建筑的古村落中,村民也渐渐的将传统建筑遗弃或置之不理。“传承与创新”是该次设计的主题,该研究目的在于保护传统建筑,避免其成为乡村城市化的受害者。因此,该研究以涠洲岛新安村的传统建筑为写照,对涠洲岛传统建筑的现状、趋向、发展方向和此后大概呈现的问题进行了深层次的剖析,并提出对本土传统建筑传承与创新的一些具体措施。且将涠洲岛新安村这一特殊地理位置的民居进行研究,阐述传统建筑中民居的文化内在、特色、历史价值等,并为传统建筑中的民居提供一套可行的民居传承与创新的方法。With the development of the times,traditional buildings are gradually being replaced by steel-concrete structures of new era.In ancient villages abundant with traditional buildings,villagers have begun to abandon traditional buildings or leave them unattended.“Inheritance and Innovation”stands as the theme of this design,aiming to protect traditional buildings and prevent them from becoming a victim of rural urbanization.Therefore,this study uses the traditional buildings of Xin’an Village on Weizhou Island as a representation to deeply analyze the status quo,trends,development directions,and potential future issues of traditional buildings on Weizhou Island.It also proposes specific measures for the inheritance and innovation of local traditional buildings.The research on the residential buildings in the unique geographical location of Xinan Village,Weizhou Island,aims to explain the cultural essence,characteristics,and historical value of traditional residential architecture.Additionally,it seeks to provide a feasible method for the inheritance and innovation of traditional residential buildings.
