摘 要:核电厂设计和建造过程中通过对设备开展严重事故设备可用性鉴定,以确保严重事故所必需的设备在严重事故条件下能够执行预期的安全功能。本文针对现行标准规范中与严重事故设备可用性鉴定相关的要求进行研究,并结合严重事故现象和过程,提出了一套系统且具有可操作性的严重事故设备可用性鉴定方法和要求,包含基本原则、设备范围的筛选方法、环境条件确定的要求以及设备可用性鉴定的过程,并给出了典型案例。In the design and construction of nuclear power plant,the equipment availability qualification is carried out to ensure that the equipment necessary for severe accident is capable to perform its intended safety functions under severe accident conditions.The requirements related to equipment availability qualification under severe accident proposed by the present codes and standards are studied in this paper.With consideration of the phenomena and processes of severe accidents,a set of systematic and operable methodology and requirements for the equipment availability qualification under severe accident is put forward,including the basic principles,selecting method of equipment,requirements for the environmental conditions determination,and equipment availability qualification processes,and typical example is also provided.
