医养结合机构高质量发展的驱动路径研究——基于36家机构的模糊集定性比较

摘　　要：目的:医养结合机构高质量发展是顺应时代变迁、积极应对人口老龄化的必然要求。探究其高质量发展的多元驱动路径,旨在为其发展提供有益的参考。方法:在TOE框架的基础上,结合医养结合机构的特点,构建其高质量发展的整合性分析框架,并运用模糊集定性比较分析的方法对湖北省36家医养结合机构进行组态分析。结果:单个前因条件不构成医养结合高质量发展的必要条件,存在4条驱动高质量发展的路径,可归纳为综合型、技术-环境型、技术-组织型。结论:医养结合机构的高质量发展应加强技术、组织与环境各因素之间的协同整合,通过多重条件的组合破除客观环境的制约,同时政府也应为其发展提供良好的政策与财政环境。Objective:The high-quality development of integrated medical and nursing care institutions is an inevitable requirement to adapt to changes of the times and actively respond to population aging.This study explores diversified driving paths for their high-quality development,aiming to provide useful references for their progress.Methods:Based on the TOE framework and considering the characteristics of integrated medical and nursing care institutions,we constructed an integrated analytical framework for their high-quality development.We conducted a fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis of 36 such institutions in Hubei Province.Results:Single antecedent conditions do not constitute necessary conditions for high-quality development in integrated medical and nursing care.Four driving paths for high-quality development were identified,which can be summarized as comprehensive,technology-environment,and technology-organization types.Conclusion:The high-quality development of integrated medical and nursing care institutions should strengthen the synergistic integration of technology,organization,and environmental factors.By combining multiple conditions,the constraints of the objective environment can be overcome.Simultaneously,the government should provide a favorable policy and fiscal environment for their development.Objective:The high-quality development of integrated medical and nursing care institutions is an inevitable requirement for adapting to the changes of the times and actively responding to the challenges posed by population aging.This study aims to explore the multiple driving paths for achieving high-quality development in integrated medical and nursing care institutions,providing valuable insights for their advancement.Methods:Based on TOE framework and considering the unique characteristics of integrated medical and nursing care institutions,an analytical framework is constructed for its high-quality development.Subsequently,a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis was conducted on 36 integrated
