摘　　要：在川陕苏区创建发展过程中,面对极为落后的医疗卫生状况,广大妇女在党的引领下积极参与戒烟运动和药品的研制、照顾和慰问伤病员、转运伤病员、主动承担后勤工作、全力支持医院建设。这些行动不但有力地支援了川陕苏区的军事斗争工作,还极大改善了川陕苏区的医疗卫生状况,为苏区红色医疗卫生事业的创建与发展做出了突出贡献,并促进了川陕苏区建设事业的发展。妇女群众参与川陕苏区红色医疗卫生事业建设的历史不仅能够为红色文化的继承与发展提供价值指引,为意识形态建设提供精神动力,还能够为新时代的思想政治教育赋能助力,具有较为突出的当代价值。In the course of establishing and developing the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area,confronted with extremely underdeveloped medical and health-care facilities,a large number of women actively participated under the leadership of the Party in campaigns prohibiting the use of opium,development of drugs,taking care of the wounded and the sick,transporting patients to appointed places,voluntarily undertaking logistical duties,and offering full support in hospital construction.These efforts not only provided significant support to the military struggle in the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area but also significantly improved the region’s medical and health-care services,making remarkable contributions to the foundation and development of the red medical and health-care services in the Soviet Area,thereby promoting the development of the region’s construction endeavors.The historical events of women’s participation in the development of the red medical and health-care services in the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area not only offers valuable guidance for the inheritance and development of red culture and provides spiritual motivation for ideological construction but also empowers and enhances ideological and political education in the new era,demonstrating significant contemporary value.
