摘  要:在新医科背景下,医学人才培养质量评价体系的改革与创新已成为推动医学教育发展的关键动力。剖析了传统医学人才培养质量评价体系的局限性,基于健康需求、创新能力、综合素质、国际视野等多维度,构建了一个包含人文素养和社会责任感、跨界知识储备和交叉应用能力、临床实践和技术应用能力、医创融合精神、国际视野六个维度、21个具体指标的人才培养质量评价体系,探讨了过程评价、过程管理和结果评价在评价体系中的作用和关系,提出了基于过程一流的医学人才评价理念和策略。In the historical background of the new medical education,the reform and innovation of the quality evaluation system for medical talent training have become a core driving force for advancing medical education.This paper analyzes the limitations of traditional quality evaluation systems for medical talent training and proposes the construction of a comprehensive evaluation framework based on multiple dimensions such as health needs,innovation competence,overall competence,and global perspectives.The proposed system encompasses six dimensions and 21 specific indicators,including humanistic quality and social responsibility,interdisciplinary knowledge reserve and application skills,clinical practice and competency in terms of technical application,entrepreneurial spirit,and global perspective.Additionally,the paper explores the roles and relationships of process evaluation,process management,and outcome evaluation within the system,and puts forward concepts and strategies for evaluating medical talents based on a process-oriented approach.
