摘　　要：目的:分析子宫内膜异位症(EMT)患者子宫内膜组织中核仁磷酸蛋白1(NPM1)、信号传导与转录激活因子3(STAT3)水平与不孕的相关性。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年5月于驻马店市中心医院妇科就诊并接受腹腔镜手术的123例EMT合并子宫腺肌症患者和100例子宫肌瘤患者,收集在位子宫内膜组织,检测NPM1和STAT3表达。分析NPM1、STAT3表达与EFI评分的相关性及EMT患者不孕的影响因素。结果:EMT患者子宫内膜组织中NPM1和STAT3蛋白阳性表达率高于子宫肌瘤患者(P<0.05)。EMT患者中非妊娠者在位子宫内膜中NPM1和STAT3阳性表达率高于妊娠者(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,NPM1和STAT3表达呈正相关(P<0.05),NPM1、STAT3表达与EFI评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,NPM1、STAT3、痛经为EMT患者不孕的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:EMT患者在位子宫内膜中NPM1和STAT3蛋白阳性表达率较高,NPM1和STAT3蛋白表达与患者不孕有关,可作为EMT患者不孕的评价指标。Objective:To analyze the correlation between levels of nucleophosmin 1(NPM1),signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)in endometrial tissue of patients with endometriosis(EMT)and infertility.Methods:123 patients with EMT complicated with uterine adenomyosis who underwent laparoscopic surgery and 100 patients with uterine fibroids at Zhumadian Central Hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were collected.Eutopic endometrial tissues were collected,the expressions of NPM1 and STAT3 were detected.The correlation between NPM1,STAT3 expression and EFI score and the influencing factors of infertility in patients with EMT were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of NPM1 and STAT3 in eutopic endometrial tissues in EMT patients were obviously higher than those in patients with uterine fibroids(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of NPM1 and STAT3 in eutopic endometrial tissues in EMT patients of the infertile group were obviously higher than those of the successful pregnancy group(P<0.05).The correlation analysis results show that the expressions of NPM1 and STAT3 in eutopic endometrial tissues in EMT patients was positively correlated(P<0.05),while the expressions of NPM1 and STAT3 was negatively correlated with EFI score(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that NPM1,STAT3,and dysmenorrhea were the influencing factors for infertility in patients with EMT(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive expression rates of NPM1 and STAT3 in eutopic endometrial tissues in EMT patients are high,and the patient is more likely to be infertile.NPM1 and STAT3 are closely related to infertility,and can be used as indicators to evaluate infertility in EMT patients.
