摘 要:在中国式现代化“深化人才发展体制机制改革”和中国自主知识体系构建背景下,哲学社会科学青年人才的培养愈益急迫和重要。人才培育面临就业收入与兴趣志向的选择困境,培养评价体系存在绩效管理与科研创新的巨大张力,哲学社会科学的青年人才流在一定时期之内会达到一种均衡状态,西奥多•舒尔茨的人力资本理论为解决相关问题提供了若干启示。为扩大人才流,提高社会科学青年人才的人力资本质量,应多方面培养哲学社会科学青年人才的要素供给和需求。学院培养体系、健康管理体系、自我追求设定目标、社会应用与认可等多方均需加大投入,激励其发挥积极有效的提升作用。美国通识教育和中国高等院校人文学术实验班的教育实践为青年人才培养路径提供了讨论的空间。In modernization with Chinese characteristics,“deepen institutional reforms for talent development”and the construction of China’s independent knowledge system,the cultivation of young talents in philosophy and social sciences is becoming more and more urgent and important.Talent cultivation is faced with the dilemma of choosing between employment income and interests and aspirations,and there is a huge tension between performance management and scientific research innovation in the cultivation and evaluation system.Talentflow in philosophy and social sciences will reach an equilibrium state within a certain period of time,and Theodore W.Schultz’s human capital theory provides some insights to solve the related problems.In order to expand talentflow and improve the quality of human capital of young talents in social sciences,the supply and demand of elements of young talents in philosophy and social sciences should be cultivated in many aspects.The cultivation system of colleges,health management system,self-pursuing and goal-setting,and social application and recognition need to be invested in and motivated to play a positive and effective role in enhancing them.The educational practices of American liberal arts education and the experimental classes of humanities and academics in Chinese colleges and universities provide a space for discussion on the path of cultivating young talents.
