摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(以下简称新冠)疫苗的推广使用极大降低了新冠感染导致的重症和死亡。既往新冠疫苗的效果评估,常常针对年轻和健康群体,在老年群体中的应用效果仍需进一步探讨。本文通过计算机检索Medline、Web of science、中国科学引文数据库和Pubmed关键词,检索截至2023年5月30日,分析了新冠疫苗在老年群体中的安全性和有效性,并探讨了加强剂、混合免疫和异源接种的效果。以期根据老年群体的特点合理研发疫苗,制定适合老年群体的疫苗接种策略。The extensive use of vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 has significantly reduced the risk of severity and death due to SARS-CoV-2 infection.Most studies evaluated the efficacy of vaccines against SARS-CoV-2 among young and healthy groups,while the application effectiveness in elderly group still needs further discussion.In this paper,Medline,Web of science,Chinese Science Citation Database and Pubmed were searched for relevant literature published as of May 30,2023using the keywords.We analyzed the safety and effectiveness of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in older adults,and discussed the effects of several vaccination strategies like booster,hybrid immunity and heterologous inoculation,so as to develop vaccines reasonably according to the characteristics of the elderly and formulate vaccination strategies suitable for the elderly.
