摘 要:钛合金广泛用于航空航天领域,焊接是连接钛合金材料一种重要的加工方法。以Ti60钛合金为研究对象,采用激光焊接的方法实现Ti60钛合金的连接,并对焊接接头的微观组织和性能进行测试表征。结果表明:焊缝呈X型,在焊缝中下部存在较多气孔缺陷;Ti60钛合金母材由α相和β相组成,α相为等轴晶,β相主要分布于α相晶粒的晶界;随着离焊缝距离的减小,接头热影响区微观组织中的等轴α相逐渐转变为针状α′相;焊缝微观组织主要为针状α′相;从母材到焊缝,显微硬度值逐渐增大;接头的拉伸和低周疲劳断裂位置均位于母材;疲劳断口裂纹源区表面平整,无气孔、夹杂物等缺陷;疲劳断口裂纹扩展区存在大量疲劳条纹。Titanium alloys are extensively utilized in the aerospace industry,and welding is a crucial processing method for joining titanium alloy materials.This study focuses on Ti60 titanium alloy,employing laser welding to achieve its connection and subsequently testing and characterizing the microstructure and properties of the welded joints.The results indicate that the weld exhibits an X-shaped pattern with numerous porosity defects in the lower middle part of the weld.The Ti60 titanium alloy base material consists ofαphase andβphase,withαphase being equiaxed grains andβphase primarily distributed along the grain boundaries ofαphase.As the distance from the weld decreases,the equiaxedαphase in the heat-affected zone microstructure gradually transforms into acicularα′phase.The microstructure of the weld is predominantly acicularα′phase.From the base material to the weld zone,the microhardness values increase progressively.The tensile and low cycle fatigue fractures of the joint occur in the base material.The fatigue fracture origin area is smooth,devoid of porosity,inclusions,or other defects.The fatigue fracture propagation area exhibits a multitude of fatigue striations.
