减小光幕靶边缘效应的灵敏度补偿方法

摘  要:光幕靶探测区域的灵敏度及均匀性对测速精度至关重要。以光源为发光二极管阵列、接收为光电二极管阵列的对射式光幕靶为研究对象,探索此类光幕靶灵敏度均匀化的补偿方法。针对对射式光幕靶接收光电二极管均匀布放边缘区域灵敏度偏低,存在边缘效应光幕区域灵敏度不均匀的问题,提出了将光幕边缘区域接收光电二极管非均匀布放的方法来减轻边缘效应。光电二极管非均匀布放采取间距线性变化和指数变化两种方案,基于此对尺寸为1140 mm×1000 mm光幕进行了仿真计算和试验验证。结果表明,光幕边缘光电二极管间距线性变化和指数变化都能减轻边缘效应,且间距按指数变化的更优。The sensitivity and uniformity of the detection area in a light screen are crucial for velocity measurement accuracy.This study focuses on a light light screen with a light source consisting of an array of light-emitting diodes(LEDs)and a receiving array of photodiodes in a transmissive configuration.The aim is to explore compensation methods for achieving uniform sensitivity in the light screen.To address the issue of lower sensitivity at the edge areas of the receiving photodiodes,which results in uneven sensitivity across the light light screen,a method of non-uniformly arranging the receiving photodiodes at the edges of the light screen is proposed to mitigate the edge effect.Two schemes for non-uniform arrangement of photodiodes are considered:linear spacing variation and exponential spacing variation,and based on which simulations and experimental validations are conducted for a light screen with dimensions of 1140 mm×1000 mm.The results indicate that both linear and exponential spacing variations of photodiodes at the edges can alleviate the edge effect,with the exponential variation being more effective.
