摘 要:针对难以适应压水堆核电机组复杂的工作环境、给水流量控制不稳定、难以实现精确调节的问题,提出一种基于非线性状态广义预测的压水堆核电机组给水流量控制方法。利用差压式流量计采集给水流量历史数据,以此为依据,利用非线性状态广义预测模型,预测未来时刻给水流量,根据预测结果与当下时刻采集结果之间的误差为输入,计算误差补偿量,通过控制器控制律,实现压水堆核电机组给水流量控制。结果表明:该方法能够在不确定的环境中高效地实现控制给水流量,控制偏差相对更小,控制性能更好。In order to solve the problems that it is difficult to adapt to the complex working environment of PRESSURIZED WATER REACTOR nuclear power unit,the feedwater flow control is unstable,and it is difficult to achieve accurate regulation,a feedwater flow control method for PRESSURIZED WATER REACTOR nuclear power unit based on nonlinear state generalized prediction is proposed.The method comprises the following steps of:acquiring historical data of feedwater flow by using a differential pressure type flowmeter;predicting the feedwater flow at a future moment by using a nonlinear state generalized prediction model on the basis of the historical data;calculating an error compensation quantity by taking an error between a prediction result and a current acquisition result as an input;and controlling the feedwater flow of the pressurized water reactor nuclear power unit through a control law of a controller.The results show that the method can control the feedwater flow efficiently in the uncertain environment,and the control error is relatively smaller and the control performance is better.
