摘 要:为追求消声器更高的降噪量,采用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法和计算气动声学(computational aeroacoustics,CAA)方法进行数值模拟。在发射9 mm×19 mm手枪弹的工况下,选取消声碗的碗数和倾角为研究变量。采用大涡模拟(large eddy simulation,LES)计算消声器内外流场,获取流场中声源积分面上的流体压力等信息,再采用声波动方程计算得到声源积分面上的声学信息及远处声监测点上的声压信号,得到消声器膛口不同测点的射流噪声总声压级。分析结果表明:对于所探究的不同倾角,60°倾角的消声碗在所有测点的总声压级最低;而当碗数变化致使相邻消声碗和弹头前后形成最大密闭空间时,在所有测点处可得到最低的总声压级。In order to get higher noise reduction of the silencer,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and the computational aeroacoustics(CAA)are selected for numerical simulation.Under the working condition of firing 9 mm×19 mm pistol cartridge,the number and inclination angle of the silencer bowls are selected as the research variables.The inner and the outer flow field of the silencer,and the information of the fluid pressure on the integrated surface of the sound source are obtained by large eddy simulation(LES)numerical calculation method,and then the acoustic information on the integrated surface of the sound source,and the sound pressure signal of the measuring points of the far filed can be calculated according to the acoustic wave equation.Finally,the overall sound pressure level(OSPL)of jet noise at different specified measuring points is obtained.The analysis shows that the silencer bowl with 60°inclination has the lowest OSPL at all measuring points,and when the change in the number of silencer bowls causes the adjacent bowls and the bullet to form the maximum confined chamber,the lowest overall sound pressure level can be got at all measuring points.
