摘 要:华北油田某采油厂某作业区北部区域井厂分散,边远井过多,导致原油进集油系统十分困难,为此,通常采用拉油方式进行原油运输。现原油储罐多采用电加热棒加温和维温方式,存在耗电量高、维修费用高等问题。为降低原油采出成本,西31单井拉油站点优先转变供热能源技术,使用CO_(2)热泵成套机组为供热站点提供热能,通过太阳能和空气热泵的应用为油田太阳能零散集热技术发展提供了思路。经现场先导试验,西31单井已成功用此技术替代电加热棒等高耗能设备,降低了热能损失,优化了系统用能时间,月节电率41.6%。In the northern area of an oil production operation area in North China Oilfield,there are scattered wells and many remote wells,making it very difficult to enter the oil gathering system.Therefore,the crude oil transportation has been carried out by oil pulling.The crude oil storage tanks now mostly use electric heating rods for heating and maintaining the temperature,resulting in the problems of high power consumption and high maintenance costs.In order to reduce the cost of crude oil production,West 31 single well oil pumping station prioritizes the transformation of heating energy technology.Using CO_(2) heat pump sets provides thermal energy for the heating station.The application of solar and air heat pumps provides ideas for the development of scattered solar collection technology in oilfields.Through on-site test,the technology has been successfully used to replace the high energy consuming equipment such as electric heating rod in West 31,which reduces the heat energy loss and optimizes the energy consumption time of system,with monthly power saving rate of 41.6%.
