摘 要:高含水老油田的年产油量占中国年产油量的70%左右,而高含水率是造成举升及水处理费用过高的主要原因,使含水率超过98%的油井达到经济开采极限,同时由于油水处理量逐年递增,大量产出水经过地面循环,导致集输系统能耗增加,地面工程建设工作量日益增多。文中同井注采技术能够对地层采出液在井下进行油水分离,分离出的水直接回注到注入层,只采出含油率较高的液体。萨中油田开展水驱21口井和聚驱后10口井现场试验,年减少污水处理量72.2×10^(4)m^(3),年累计创效21.7万元;萨中油田开展50口井同井注采试验,注水单耗1.974 kWh/m^(3),比常规注水降低85.8%;21口同井注采井增加了对应采出井的注水井点和注水方向,起到了1口新钻水井的功能,节约费用5 166万元。该技术将地面无效循环开发变为油藏内部小循环开发,可以控制无效产液,缓解后续水处理压力,减少地面注水量,减少地面油气集输系统建设规模和数量,完善注采关系,减少新钻井投资。The high water-cut oilfield accounts for about 70%of China's annual oil production.However,the high water-cut rates result in excessive lifting and water treatment costs,causing eco-nomic production limits for oil wells with water cut exceeding 98%.At the same time,due to the in-creasing oil and water treatment volumes,large amounts of produced water undergo long-distance circulation,which leads to increased energy consumption in oil and gas collection and transportation systems and increases the workload of ground engineering construction.The injection and production technology in the same well can separate oil and water in the produced fluid underground,with sepa-rated water being directly injected into the injection layer and oily liquid being produced.In Sazhong oilfield,the 21 wells of water drive and the 10 wells after poly drive are carried out and the field trials are conducted,which reduces the amount of sewage treatment by 72.2×10^(4) m^(3),and generates an an-nual cumulative efficiency of 217000 yuan.The 50 wells are tested and injected in the same well in Sa-zhong oilfield,and the water injection unit consumption is 1.974 kWh/m^(3),which is 85.8%lower than conventional water injection.Additionally,the 21 injection and produced wells in the same well increases the water injection points and water injection directions corresponding to the produced well,which functions as one newly drilled water well and saves 51.66 million yuan.The technology has changed the surface ineffective circulation development into small circulation development in the reser-voir,which can control unwanted produced fluid,alleviate subsequent water treatment pressure,re-duce groundwater injection,reduce the scale and number of ground oil and gas collection and trans-portation systems,improve injection and production relationships,and reduce the investment in new drilling.
